Server Suggestions

well first, the server should be PK since is a high rate one.
second, the Max ASPD should be 195 (thats fine for a PK server).
Max Lvl: 255 Max Job Lvl: 99 or 120
Max parameter: 220 or 255 w/e
should have custom items (good ones)
should have a nice Pvp Room (i can take care of that)
Rates Recommended: 3k/3k/cards about 15%

I made the server PK for now but I might open a poll soon if more forum members come.

I'll see what I can do with the base levels.
