    I have been here for a short amount of time and I've already noticed what makes this server quite unbalanced to a high state. In-fact I am actually scared to even fully play this server because I strongly dislike imbalance and I don't plan to stay if nothing can not be done here.

    But this server does not need a wipe, it needs to be re-edited by the way its set up. Wiping is too risky and only relies on a matter of luck, turning to lowrate will do u no justice. Solely because the other top servers have already done it. What you need is a tough highrate server and still balanced to the bone. Balance is hard but yet possible and I will now list you what is completely necessary in order to make the balance right.

    What to Remove
    • Scroll NPC
    • Poison Bottles from useable NPC
    • Stats Food NPC
    • Healing Items NPC

    I will just state one reason for this, discouragement. The moment myself saw this, I was already displeased and immediately starting working on this topic. This will discourage players from joining our server.

    What to Change
    • Make Ygg berry and seeds not useable in PVP room and WoE
    • Make the ASPD 192 or 193
    • Increase prices of Bottle Grenade/Acid Bottle to 90k
    • Add 0.5 delay to useable items

    My reason for berry changing is because of this: This strongly imbalance the server because it supports mainly for Champions and Ninjas with their two overly powered skills. This creates poor pvp gameplay, pollute the server of Champions only to "asura strike", increases the rate of players being teamed to take down a "berry" user and it makes the purpose of heal based classes pointless to use (Priest, Paladin, Creator and Champions).

    As for aspd, 195 is little too much, these make Sins overly powered with their EDP skill and auto cast card skills. Not to mention it creates stunlock on the character being hit giving a huge overly-advantage to Snipers without even having to resort to any skills being used This is why there is mainly them on the server, a one class based gaming server and do we really want that? Making it 192-193 Creates balanced gameplay and rely more on tactical pvping and improves WOE Emp breaking outcomes.

    Creator's are quite a terribly strong class to deal with and soon enough with different changes enabled, this class will be the next on the list to be the only class to be used if the prices of their arsenals remain the same. It gives them too much of an easy challenge and it just makes the server imbalance if they are stacked with 1000s of bottles. This is not an opinion I'm writing here, this is a full blown fact. It happened on my previous server and the change greatly improved the quality of the server and pvp.

    Yes, these customs are a 120% overpowered and HAS to be re-edit in order for this server to even last 6 months. 2 months in and you're already getting strong complaints, and by that, you must know something is wrong then.

    Here is my re-editing list of your customs in order to restore balance.
    Take a good look at this, it will save the server.

    Removing those cards are a urgent matter, this is the SOLE reason why it'd unbalance, this will be the downfall of the server. It defeats all purposes of gameplay & tactics. Its now about who can smash they key-button the fastest. You got to change it.

    I do not know about the custom cards here, i cant get information about them.

    Now i would like to suggest some customs that even a few players here know know how successful it was, it was very balanced on previous server that passed away. Lucky for you, if you are interested in these, I already have the Item_DB for these.

    Some of your suggestions are really great such as lowering ASPD and the use of Yggs; however, your weapons list is terribly overpowered. Your initial statement was to balance the server, which is impossible for a high rate server as the game mechanics were not programed around a high rate server, yet the customs you listed would throw off the server even more. Yes, I see that you reduced the stats and card slots of some equipments but the weapons and armours basically make up for the loss and might even boosts overall damage.

    Lets take a look at a possible equipment setup :

    yeah, if that happens, i wont be surprised to see the population rise up from an average of 60 to 150+ in 2 weeks. heck, if that happens, i wont be surprised if this becomes the one of the best HR servers around.

    This is the post I strongly expected to appear. Trust me my friend, I wouldn't even think twice to add something that over powered. That isn't me.

    The damage rate on these items previously was around 10-20k+ depending on players equipment and that was on a 300 level server. Your calculation can easily be defeated by simply using long range defense. It will be reduced to 5k-8k damage. These items cannot be used with Thanatos which what makes it balanced out even more. It certainly sounds strong but its more leveled than you think.

    But i certainly will lower the amount of % on the weapons, since it can be combined with the current customs here, making it indeed overpowered.

    Also you stated that balance is impossible because the game wasn't meant to be shifted on to a high-rate; logical thinking, yes, but I'm curious, what do u define balance if i may ask?

    May I also add one thing regarding the max aspd?

    Some of the current custom weapons here give +100 aspd.
    Meaning it will give you 195 aspd without even putting stat points in AGI.
    Its unbalanced in my opinion.

    I also came from the server where Brotherhood came from.
    Trust me, the items being suggested is a balanced set. A little tweak to the bonuses to match the current customs here would be one way to go.

    haven't gotten over our old server have we?

    well i completely agree with his suggestions.

    additionally, you should think of something that you could offer that other servers don't have.

    For example in our old server we had the "Contribution Points"
    where in every monster you kill you get a certain amount of CP points where in you can exchange them for in game items

    also as I have been jumping from one server to another it seems that most server doesn't have the new ash vacuum maps namely Spl_fild and man_fild
    as player I enjoy exploring new maps and towns and this would greatly boost the server's popularity


    lastly adding some new events that's in the official RO like
    Battlegrounds which you can tweak a little to give custom cards/items or anything rather than the original items

    again these are just suggestions these are our ideas to what a balanced server might be you do not have to follow them

    Yeah the server needs something else other than these ideas to increase and keep it interested.

    Website could use improvement in terms of server details and features.

    These customs would be much better. These customs are tested. For a new server like these, i suggest listening to brotherhood's suggestions.

    ..i will disagree to the aspd..because all of the server in high rate are in the max aspd of 195...if that will be the case there should be no "no cast" of 150 dex....

    Your reasons does not justify my own, and state why there should be no cast in 150 dex.

    Mmm, it would be good if you make these customs a +100% ASPD rate. But 195 ASPD is too imbalance. Why not reduce it to 192?

    In my opinion, I prefer a custom without a 100% aspd bonus. It doesn't give a challenge to stat distribution. If no one wants the aspd reduced to something like 192, why not lower the aspd bonus to something like 30-50%? Assassin Crosses benefit the most from the current bonuses.

    That's what I think. Comment on it in a civilized manner please.

    And BTW, you won't know unless you try it somehow.
