Some newbie named Brotherhood

Havent touched RO since my last server died and funny I just happen to find this by flicking through the top 200s after looking back at one of my pvp videos and decided to have another look around.

How well is this server?

And i noticed the website didn't hold much info so is there more that I should be aware off?

I'm curious about aspd because I'm strict to seeing balance.

Good to hear apart from the balance, I'm willing to lend my piece of mind if the Admin isn't a piece of joke though.
