I got banned =(

Help me please. I got caught by bot police 3 times. Its not because i am botting but i cant type the correct code because it doesnt appear on the bot police box. I only see blank. How am i supposed to type the correct code if it is blank? Now, i got banned instead of jail. Help me please.
