Chat Spam.....

This girl spammed my chat whenever she saw me because i wouldnt help her level up... i told her no i told her to leave me alone nothing she bugged me on almost all her characters and i asked Lou to tell her to stop and he didnt to anything just laughed and went AFK... how can you ignore someone who is spamming your chat?

I believed that was my brother and I keep telling him to stop but he wont stop. My brother is only 9 years old so please excuse him for his childish acts.
