I think the font is to small plus your names font is bigger than the actual Server Name

its to stop people editing and claiming its thiers... doing this stops people from taking it if i dnt want them using it ... example this could been the new banner - save image ... but there not gonna use it with my name on it =] // so yea no offence taken ... its ment to be like that - + i minimized it coz it wouldnt fit at first so small text

that's good, right protecting your art to prevent people from stealing them,
but ur "signature" or the name you put in that banner can be easily removed
and/or replaced, this is because of it's position, you placed it in a clean place.
the clone stamp tool could easily remove that, because the background is not complicated at all, in fact, even a simple brush could erase it.
i suggest you place your name or "watermark" on the render itself, only with lowered opacity. or you could make the background harder to copy and place it there.
