I've created several accounts for the forums and everytime I try to log into the game it gives me the same message: Unregistered ID. I'm spelling everything right and it still doesn't recognize my accounts. I'm using Vista and it sucks, maybe that has something to do with it. Advice anyone?

are you trying to register an account to the forum or are you trying to register an account in the game? if you want to register go to your RamenRO Client and go to the login screen and you can do this
username_M for male character
Password:xxxxxx
username_F for female character
Password:xxxxxx
for example:
leilei24_M
xxxxxx
username_M for male character
Password:xxxxxx
username_F for female character
Password:xxxxxx
for example:
leilei24_M
xxxxxx

You answered your Question yourself.
You need to Register in game to play the game.
You need to Register in forums to check or be in forums.
both are different things =)
try doing this (like leleii said):
ID: yourname_M
Pass: mypasshere
_M because Male if you want to be a girl is _F of female.
